Cancellation and Refund

At Lancer Publishers & Distributors , we are committed to providing a transparent and customer-friendly experience. Please read our Cancellation and Refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.

Book Orders: Once an order for physical books is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Digital Products: All sales of digital content (including eBooks, downloadable guides, and PDFs) are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Subscriptions: Our subscription plans (for digital or physical content) are one-time, non-renewing purchases unless stated otherwise. You will not be auto-charged after your subscription term ends. Cancellations are not permitted once payment is completed. However, if you experience technical issues or payment errors through Razorpay, please contact us within 3 days. Verified cases of duplicate payments or failed transactions will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, as per Razorpay's processing timelines.
